Rapid NeuroFascial Reset

Athletic Therapy

Athletic therapy specializes in the prevention and care of musculoskeletal disorders, primarily bones, muscles, and joints; especially as they are directly related to athletics, posture, and physical activity. Prevention of injuries usually includes postural and musculoskeletal analysis, physical conditioning, functional movement programs, supportive or prophylactic taping, equipment selection, and sport specific training.

 

Athletic therapists work in the clinic setting providing assessment and treatment for injuries. Additionally, athletic therapist work at athletic/sporting events, providing immediate care.

Intermittent pneumatic compression pants

You've have had a tough workout? Simply zip yourself into one of these big recovery pants. From the control panel you select your program and select the level of compression that you would like to receive. Once you make your selection you press the PLAY button which then starts the “peristaltic pulses,” made by air entering various chambers of the pants and intended to mimic the muscle pump of the legs. This lets the lymphatic and cardiovascular systems accelerate the removal of metabolic waste, which is meant to speed recovery and filter the lactic acid out of the system.

Yes. We have done our best to make booking as easy and painless as possible.

With endless options, you can book online, by phone, email, Facebook, Instagram, telegram or letter mail.

However we recommend the first two options for the fastest and most direct bookings.

Anyone can book an appointment at any time, however for many  insurance companies require a doctors note or referral in order to qualify for direct billing. 

To find out for sure if you are required to have a note on file please contact your insurance  company directly.

Should I bring anything with me?

If it’s your first visit, you should have received an email with a booking confirmation.

Please fill out the attached intake form.

It’s important to fill it out in as much detail as possible to not only help us maximize your treatment time, but for us to give you the best treatment possible based on the information we’ve been given.

If it is your first treatment with us all you need to bring is yourself.

However, if you are having an assessment done or if you prefer to remain clothed during your massage 

we ask that you bring well fitted sports attire.

How often should I book an appointment?

The honest answer here is - it depends.

While we’d love to see you every day, each person that comes through the doors is different.

For this reason, the best option is to discuss your treatment plan with your therapist.
